Terms of Service

1. Public Offer (Agreement)
This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter “Agreement”) by [IM’YA PRIZVYSHCHE], Individual Entrepreneur (FOP), EDRPOU code [YEDRPOU], Ukraine (hereinafter “Provider”), addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “User”) who accepts this offer by installing, subscribing to, or using the GTM Event Helper service.
Service description: GTM Event Helper is a Chrome browser extension (SaaS) that helps users visually mark elements on web pages and create corresponding events, triggers, and tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM). The Extension connects to your Google account via OAuth to access GTM on your behalf.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
The Provider offers the following plans:
- Free — up to 3 GTM containers, GA4 platform only, no payment required.
- Pro Monthly — $20 per month, unlimited containers, all platforms and AI features.
- Pro Annual — $180 per year (equivalent to $15/month), unlimited containers, all platforms and AI features.
- Lifetime — one-time payment of $399, perpetual access to Pro features.
Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed in UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia) at the exchange rate determined by the payment provider at the time of transaction.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Monobank Acquiring (JSC “Universal Bank”, Ukraine). The Provider does not store or have access to your credit/debit card numbers. All card data is processed directly by Monobank in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
4. Promo Codes
The Provider may offer promotional discount codes from time to time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promo code discounts apply only to the first billing period and do not affect subsequent renewal charges.
5. Auto-Renewal
Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. The Provider will send a notification to your registered email address at least 3 days before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
7. Refund Policy
First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if the service does not meet expectations. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or for users who have previously received a refund.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the GTM Event Helper Chrome extension (“Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
9. Use of the Extension
You may use the Extension only in compliance with these Terms, Google’s Terms of Service, and applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for any tags or events you create in your GTM container. Do not use the Extension to collect or process data in violation of any privacy policy or regulation.
10. Google Services
Use of Google Tag Manager and related Google services is subject to Google’s terms and policies. The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by Google. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to Google’s services.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Extension, including but not limited to source code, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the Provider. The subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the Extension or any part thereof.
12. Disclaimer
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, or suitable for your purposes. Use at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from any tags, triggers, or events created with it. The Provider’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
